This motorhome has now been sold.

This is Tilly the Talisman! Talisman’s either left the factory with Talbot 2.5 litre diesel or 2-litre petrol engines - Tilly is the petrol engine version but has had an LPG conversion to enable more economical driving, and has only covered 67000 miles in her 30 years.

Overall, she is in good condition for her age - everything works in her; including the heating, hot water, gas hob, oven and refrigerator. She has recently passed a Gas Safety check (19 October 2021) and comes with lots of paper work about her life, along with the instruction manuals.

The layout, on entering the motorhome, finds the kitchen sited at the rear and is adjacent to the corner washroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven and grill, sink with drainer and 3-way fridge along with plenty of storage cupboards. The washroom has a drop-down wash basin, Thetford cassette toilet and shower . The wardrobe unit is situated next to the washroom. In the mid section of the vehicle there are two opposite facing bench seats which can be adapted into two forward facing seats with seat belts if you so wish, this way you can carry four people safely.

The Talisman GL offers three sleeping arrangements ; there is an over cab double bed (6’ long by 4’ 2” wide) and either two single beds (7’ long by 2’ wide) or one large double bed (6’ 5” long by 4’ 2” wide) in the area that forms the lounge/dining area by day. Storage is provided by the cupboards, overhead lockers and the bed boxes. The cab is easily accessible from here and both front seats are fully reclining and fitted with swivel mechanisms.

Obviously, at 30 years of age she is showing some signs of her age - there has been some repair work carried out on the wheel arches that would benefit from a bit more attention! Please ask for more photos. But internally the upholstery, cabinetry, appliances and fittings are all in lovely condition, and as stated earlier, everything is functioning to enable full use.
